Express Entry is often confused as a category of Immigration, however, it is a new system put in place by IRCC in Jan 2015 to manage the Federal Economic Immigration Programs.

Express entry has the following categories

• Federal Skilled Worker
• Canadian Experience Class
• Federal Skilled Trade
